We have opportunities for a number of Change Management Professionals to join our dynamic consulting business in contracting roles - both full-time and part-time.

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a Consulting role (at least 3 of which must be consulting to external clients)

• Organisational Change Management Consultant on a structured project / programme

Knowledge and Skills:

Appropriate degree or diploma

Excellent track record in the following -

o Superior business consulting at various levels

o Client relationship building and maintenance

o Proven report writing, verbal and written communication (English) and presentation skills

o Strong technical ability in MS Office

o Comfortable and experienced in managing ambiguity and operating in a self-directed manner

o Strong interpersonal/ people skills including evidence of strong team working skills

o Proven ability to manage several tasks and clients concurrently
