We have opportunities for a number of Change Management Professionals of various levels to join our dynamic consulting business in contracting roles.

Required Experience:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Consulting role (at least 3 of which must be consulting to external clients)
• Organisational Change Management Consultant on a structured project / programme

Knowledge and Skills:
Appropriate degree or diploma
Excellent track record in the following -
o Superior business consulting skills to stakeholders at various levels
o Client relationship building and maintenance
o Proven report writing, verbal and written communication (English) and presentation skills
o Strong technical ability in MS Office
o Comfortable and experienced in managing ambiguity and operating in a self-directed manner
o Superior interpersonal/ people skills
