A Change Management Resource is urgently needed with at least five years relevant experience to form part of a current project. The Change Consultant will work closely with a number of departments to ensure successful acceptance and deployment of the solution into the business Responsibilities: • Assist with the identification of potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns. • Assist with conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. • Assist with the confirmation of the set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan and service introduction plan. • Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders. • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and assist to develop and implement corrective actions. • Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success. • Assist the project team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan. • Assist with the QA’ing of training material for the project. • Assist with the training of the users Qualifications and Experience: • Appropriate and recognised relevant formal qualification. • Three to five years of previous change management experience a definite requirement. • Previous change management experience on SAP related projects a definite advantage. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a determination to help meet client needs are definite requirements. • Previous experience in Local Government beneficial. • Experience with large-scale organisational change effort a requirement.
