Our client in Gauteng is searching for a Change Manager Specialist to work for their company on a 10 month contract.

Reason:

The Change Manager will play a key role in assisting the project to deliver the following 2 objectives: Change the current operational model to being one of the commodity business centralised in the Bellville. Create a new centralised service model and target operating model for managing the larger.

 

Key role / duties:

Change management, communication, awareness, OD along with HR BP, resource selection along, KPIs along with Business Architect, any IR issues along with HR BP, stakeholder engagement, contract / track manage the training logistics for preparing the SC resources to be on Level 2/3 UW, work closely

 

Essential academic qualification: Formal CM Qualification

  • Former experience as Change Manager in contact centres.
  • Preferably former experience in Short Term Insurance or Financial Services Sector
  • Good understanding of OD and former experience of project with IR volatility
  • Excellent communication skills

Brief description of the work context in terms of work content, team dynamics and challenges:

  • Work closely with the Business Owner and the relevant HR BP and HR Consultant
  • Work closely with the CL CCC CM to ensure alignment between SC and CL CCC.
  • Work closely with the project team (PM, Business Architect, BA)
  • Manage the training stream, Manage the launch stream – staggered or big bang
  • Interface closely with the business stakeholders allocated to the project (BS, RC, CCC)
  • Manage the communication and awareness, interface closely with Marketing
