Contract: 8 months (subject to extension)
Start: Immediate. Rate: 378 per hour

Job Description
Must have: Telecoms experiece. We are looking for Consultant who has experience in assisting the change events. This individual needs to have very strong relationship building, listening, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to create recommended approaches and solutions that enable organizations to quickly derive business value from their change initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
• Change Assessment: Work with the business process teams to identify and categorize the planned changes. Extend the process changes, to factor in job role and organization changes.
• Stakeholder Impact: Proactively work with client project leadership to identify stakeholders impact
• Organization Alignment: Working with the relevant client leadership develop/ redefine/ confirm roles, procedures, responsibilities, accountabilities, support systems and incentives that address and reflect the changes identified.
• Communications: Plan and execute communications both within the project team and the client organization.
• Education & Training: Identify, develop and provide the required education and training. This includes structuring of education and training curricula, courses, course material, attendees … and the scheduling and execution of the sessions.
• Organization Involvement & Ownership: Extend involvement and ownership of the change and the results to relevant stakeholder groups.
• Leadership/ Sponsorship Alignment: Establish and confirm the leadership and executive alignment necessary to implement and sustain the change. Establish the commitment necessary to address workforce transition challenges that might arise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Required Skills:
• Consulting Industry experience 6+ years experience in Telecoms.
• Experience and seasoned familiarity of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, and implementation lifecycles.
• Developed, demonstrated previous Change Management artifacts, (Stakeholder analysis, Surveys, Training curricula, Training material, etc)
• Must have experience with managing projects and change management initiatives.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to all levels of the organisation
