We are urgently looking for a -Change Manager (Human Performance Manager)

Purpose of the Job -Provide leadership, direction and or support for a change management initiative at one of our clients in the retail industry. Set direction and/or define components of the change strategy, drive communications of strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the design and development of a responsive organizational change management program ?

• Set direction for defining components of change strategy including strategy and change journey internally or externally for client(s) ?

• Develop and/or support creative strategies, methodologies and tools during implementation. ?

• May prepare plans and budgets for initiatives/operations and manage direct reports, internal or external teams, consultants and contractors engaged. ?

• Identify and assess related business improvement opportunities. ?

• Drive communications strategy and planning for internal and external activities. Research and ?prepare communications materials and presentations and provide recommendations on how ?to approach and deal effectively with key business issues from a communications perspective. ?

• Lead or support the design, development and implementation of the change initiative to ?ensure that the change project is effective and meets business requirements ?

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree ?

• Minimum 5 years’ Change Management experience

Type : Contract – 6 month (June – December 2019)

Rate : R400-R450 p.h
