o Recruit resellers via personal visits, telephone and email contact in order to onboard them as our partners and sell our products.
o Ensure that they achieve the correct levels of sales and technical readiness.
o Via programmatic engagement ensure they take part in our Go to Markets (marketing campaigns)
o Be able to professionally represent the company via presentations and telephonic and webex engagement.
o Professionally and efficiently manage partner engagement with a view to maximizing the client experience. This should be achieved through:
? Adhering to Telephonic Etiquette guidelines;
? Continuous Product knowledge improvement (ongoing training);
? Cross and up sell of available products;
? Fast but accurate responses to email and telephonic quote request;
? Skillful price negotiation using system tools available
o Deal with partner related queries on our products
o Report on partner pipeline
o Share weekly funnel prospects on all leads and outstanding quotations listing
o Display accuracy regarding messages, quotes, orders, and information given
o Consult with partners to establish the needs of their business
o Increase overall customer satisfaction of new and existing partner base
o After hours attendance at reseller functions may be required
