Purpose of the role-

To shadow Head of sales and to be developed into a Regional Channel Manager over a 3 to 5 year period.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up infrastructure for new businesses
• Create processes
• Create remuneration models

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
• Tertiary qualification
• Sales Background Preferable
• Knowledge and understanding of Marketing and Sales techniques and methodologies.
• Commercial and Financial Acumen.
• Knowledge of task scheduling and resource assignment
• Knowledge of project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope
• Working with several Owners at any one time means this role requires having excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of project coordination
