Job Description:

Annual audit co-ordination

Review of finance deliverables including, monthly and weekly cash flow and management account review

Maintain investment files to assist with investment audit and co-ordinate

Prepare performance analysis of the funds and assets, including forecasts

Assist in the compilation of financial data

Assisting as required with the preparation of investor reports and commentary

Review cheque requisitions, forex recons, petty cash and credit card recons

Ensure notices prepared timeously and accurately
