Senior Manager – Accounting, Auditing and Advisory
A vacancy exists in the Free State region of a national firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors for a Senior Manager to commence duties as soon as possible.
Main Responsibilities
To provide a senior management role in Accounting, Auditing and Advisory
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing of client portfolios from beginning to end
• Planning, executing and reporting on assignments in accordance with management guidelines and within allocated timelines and budgets
• Manage and lead teams
• Review the work of subordinates
• Finalisation of working papers for Directors review
• Develop and maintain sound client relationships and identify potential new business opportunities
• Assist in preparation of client proposals
• Must have experience in assessing staff performance and staff development
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience
• CA (SA)
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years post-articles’ experience
• Caseware knowledge/ experience
• TeamMate knowledge/ experience
• Pastel knowledge/ experience
• Valid South African driver’s license
• Own transport
