2)     Relevant qualification in cheese production & development

3)     Minimum of 4–5 years’ hands-on cheese-making experience

4)     Afrikaans and English speaking

5)     Good communication and interpersonal skills

6)     Ability to work under pressure

7)     Detail orientated

8)     Own transport
