Requirements
• Must have traceable references for previous work experience.
• Must have a valid work permit or SA
• Need to have worked in an upmarket environment producing Angolan Cuisine
• Must be able to produce Menu’ for breakfast, lunch and some dinners
• Must be able to prepare food and beverage for functions and events
• Must be able to work shifts
• Must be able to manage and organise the kitchen and dining area from day to day
• Manage staff, all orders and quality
• Must be very attentive to detail with Hygiene, Health and Safety overall
