The candidate will be fully responsible for assisting in food productions, quality control, staff management and control, stock control and full running of this very busy kitchen. Must have sound knowledge of all departments of the kitchen. Must be eager and hardworking, with excellent management and communication skills. Must have knowledge of HACCP & hygiene standards, stock control, creative and innovative.
