Very busy Bistro Restaurant in Knysna is urgently looking for a Temp CDP to assist during season. The candidate must have large volume restaurant experience and must have a formal qualification. Will be responsible for the preparation of his / her assigned dishes, ensuring food quality and hygiene, ensuring the maintenance of kitchen equipment and training and development in terms of kitchen skills.
