5* Lodge close to Vaalwater is looking for a experienced Chef d' Partie. The candidate must have buffet & a la carte experience and must be a graduate of a cooking school. Will be responsible for the preparation of his / her assigned dishes, ensuring food quality and hygiene, ensuring the maintenance of kitchen equipment and training and development in terms of kitchen skills.
