Will assist the Head Chef in the daily management and running of the kitchen when he is at the lodge. Stock Takes, Menu Planning, Wastage Management, Preparation of meals.The candidate must have the following skills: Good Leadership skills. Able to take responsibility and handle problems/complaints. Computer Literate (Menus, etc) Good Basic Kitchen Admin Skills. Able to use own initiative. Must have experience within a similar environment.Benefits will include Accommodation and 1 x Meal per day.
