Fine dining Restaurant in Sandton area is looking for a Chef de Partie and junior Sous Chef. Looking for individuals with 2+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in a Restaurant or Hotel environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for stock management. Applicants must be proficient in kitchen administration. Will work under and report to the Sous and Head chefs. Salary R 7000 - 10000 K nett depending on experience.
