Chef de Partie – Stellenbosch
Position is based on an established, well-known and liked Wine Farm
- Relevant tertiary education and/Or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Similar required
- 1 – 2 Years’ experience as a Chef De Partie for a 5* Hotel or Similar is required
- Experience in menu costing , planning and food safety is required
- Candidate must be versatile in providing different styles of cuisine
- A candidate able to perform well under pressure and with a passion for the industry is required
Hours: As per hospitality industry
Salary: R6 000
