CHEF DE PARTIE

The minimum requirements applicable are ? a tertiary qualification ? leadership qualities ? ability to produce refined dining in an a la carte restaurant ?willingness to work shifts and on Saturdays and public holidays ? a valid driver’s license and own transport ? all other duties normally associated with this type of position.
