Managing a section to maintain an exemplary level of food standards reflecting the needs and requirements of our guests and team members.
Working closely with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure a harmonious working atmosphere.
Maintaining the highest level of hygiene as per the standards of the hotel and the local Health Department, in and outside the kitchen including the appliances that are used, during and at the end of every shift.
