A 5 Star Wilderness Reserve in Clanwilliam is looking to employ a qualified and experienced Chef De Partie.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Responsible for High Teas
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Responsible for maintaining that all kitchen equipment in his/her area are in good working condition
• Should maintain awareness of food cost, ensure minimum spoilage and wastage at all times

Requirements:
• Good all round experience in the Kitchen
• Pastry experience
• Valid driver’s licence
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Previous experience in a Five Star environment will be beneficial
