2 x Chef de Partie positions available in Worcester.
• We are looking for a qualified chef who sees the kitchen as his/her playground. Someone who is passionate about different flavours and who is not scared to constantly try new dishes.
• The Restaurant has a warm, family atmosphere, but our food, gin, beer and wine is everything but ordinary.
• The successful chef will have a hands on approach when it comes to the day to day operations of restaurant. Having effective systems and following procedures must be something that comes natural to the right candidate.
• Developing and motivating our employees are very important to us. The chef must share these values.
• The successful candidate must have experience in managing stock and food costs
If you have good references, at least 3-5 years’ experience and if you consider yourself a good team player, I woud like to hear from you.
Salary - Basic salary of R7 000 with profit share which can be between R2 000 – R3 000 per month.
Hours - The 2 chefs will each work a 45 hours working week and have every second weekend off.
