Our Client, a unique and well-known concern in the Hospitality Industry, has an exciting opportunity available for a Chef de Partie to join their beautiful Hotel and Guest House situated in the Cape Winelands area.
Requirements:
Professional Cookery Certificate/ Culinary Diploma is essential
2/3 years previous experience in similar position in a 4/5 star hotel
Understand all duties, procedures and health & safety in the Kitchen
Own transport
Reliable, responsible and dependable
Attention to detail
Willingness to lead, take charge and offer direction
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and service orientated, in and out of the kitchen
Ensure all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
Ensure quality control at all times
Check quantity and quality of stock received
Maintain quality and cleanliness of kitchen
Salary: R 6 500 - R 7 000 CTC Negotiable on Experience
