Overview

Planet Lowcarb, SA’s premier low carbohydrate product manufacturer, is looking for a chef/kitchen manager to do quality control, new product development, stock control, quality control, etc. at our food manufacturing kitchen.

This opportunity comes with a full time job (with full salary, benefits and performance bonuses) guaranteed, after the internship, if pre-determined mutual compatibility goals, set performance targets and goals are reached during the internship period.

Daily job specification include
Management of food production kitchen
Quality control
Health control
Stock control/ordering/sourcing,
New product development in conjunction with existing Head Chef
Kitchen staff management
Kitchen admin and general food production kitchen tasks.
