Chef/Supervisor | Kruger National Park | Trading post & Picnic Site
Our client is a uniquely revamped picnic site that offers visitors to the Kruger Park the opportunity to stretch their legs and take in the sights, sounds and smells of the African bush from the comfort of the newly built patio, decorated with rustic yet comfortable lounge-style chairs.
Here, guests can either cook their own food on braai’s or hire a "skottel" from the Trading Post. Alternatively, the new site has an extraordinary South African menu, cooked on the open fire in front of the guests. The meals on offer are truly unique yet deliciously simple.

As ideal candidate you will have:
• Certificate/Diploma in culinary arts
• Previous experience in bush environment essential
• Fluent in English
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Good communication and administrative skills
• Must be very good with stock control and hygiene procedures

Salary Package:
• R7 – 9 000 depending on experience
• Very nice accommodation
• Contribution towards medical aid and provident fund
• Incentive bonus
• 40 hours per week.
• 8 days off per month

Starting Date: ASAP
