Chef - Muldersdrift

Responsibilities:

Running a restaurant/kitchen of a busy small game lodge, whilst maintaining a high standard of food service and customer relations.


Duties:

Preparation and cooking of food

Managing of kitchen staff

Stock Control

Stock rotation


Qualifications:

National qualification in food industry


Experience:

2-3 years experience in restaurant industry

Must be willing to work shifts and weekends.

Must have at least 2 references.
