Job Description Senmin is looking to recruit a Vendor Manager to work in Tharisa.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Management of Vendor – managed mine site as established by Vendor Management Team.
• Control day to day operations of plant make-up, dosage and offloading of reagents.
• Be in control of daily stock reconciliation.
• Do ordering of product on minimum stock levels.
• Generate daily reports to customers.
• Report back in weekly performance review meetings according to KPI’s set with the customer.
• Make sure safety policies are adhered to at all times.
• In charge of reagent operations to ensure the tasks are performed by operators on shift.
• Ensure compliance to customers’ safety, health, environmental and quality standards and report back.

Qualifications & Experience
• Grade 12.
• Diploma or degree in either Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Day Shift assistant in Vendor Management terrain.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point).
