You get to implement your own strategy on an Audit Profile role in the newly created position. Recruit and manage your own team, consult with the EXCO team and implement your own controls from scratch – no copy of “we’ve done it like this for 100 years” to overcome.

The parameters for this career challenge is to work independently with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment within limits of Internal Auditing Standards and Group policies

Qualification:
Completed CA(SA) - a MUST have

Experience:
A minimum of 5-8 years Internal Audit experience within a senior strategic finance role
Extensive knowledge of the International Internal Auditing Standards promulgated by the Institute of Internal Auditors
Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical/Supply Chain Process industry experience

Only South African citizens will be considered

KPA:
Responsible for the Internal Controls and the Internal Financial Controls within the environment. Includes the responsibility of developing and managing the Internal Audit Rolling plan.
Managing the co-source agreement.
Communication with the Audit Committee and Executive management on the progress of the Internal Audit Function.
