An integrated JSE-Listed Financial Service and Investment Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Admitted Attorney / Advocate with more than 10 years’ experience the management of Compliance within the Financial Service Industry to join their Team.
The Chief Compliance officer will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Group Compliance Strategy, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting on Compliance /Ethics plans, advise and guide management on all compliance issues and provide legal and compliance advice.
REQUIREMENTS
• Legal or related qualification
• Admission as attorney or advocate – highly advantageous
• Strong working knowledge of FAIS, FICA, CISCA and all matters related to the SA Regulatory Environment in the Financial Services Sector.
• Registration with FSB, FAIS approved as a Compliance Officer for Category I and II Financial Service Providers essential
• Membership of CISA
• CPrac designation
