RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER for a well-established NGO situated in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Four year tertiary qualification, preferably Post graduate management qualification, preferably MBA or equivalent
Ten-years of extensive managerial experience with at-least 5-years at executive management level.
Combined experience in both Public and Private Sector environment.
Experience with business turnaround and transformation
Knowledge and experience in Corporate governance, Risk & compliance governance. Experience in Performance management, Change management and Financial management.
Knowledge of various legislations impacting on property and traditional leadership.
Ability to develop strong structures that ensures effective oversight, control, collaboration and accountability.
Practical leadership skills with a track record in managing a large and complex organisation with results-driven delivery record.
Experience and ability to interface with government, municipalities, traditional leadership and other regulatory authorities.
