My client specialising in innovative financial solutions has the position of Chief Financial Officer available. Must have at least 5 years as a CFO from Financial Services reporting into board.

The successful canidate must have:
* 5 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer within the Financial Services Industry.
Duties:
* Provide effective Management and Financial information to EXCO.
* Planning process including annual budget, 3 year plan and forecasting.
* Risk Management.
* Asset Management.
* Year End Audit.
* Company TAX.
* Manage working capital.
* Adhoc functions.
