Chief Marketing Officer

Experienced CMO needed to oversee Marketing Operations within one of Holding Company’s portfolio companies.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
• To lead the marketing function and to drive strategic short and long-term sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
• Develop a feasible marketing plan for the business and oversee its day-to-day implementation
• Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
• Actively monitor competitors – provide competitive analysis, strategies and tactics, and have the ability to be creative and agile in response to any competitive challenges.
• Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across online and offline channels (digital, press etc.)
• Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
• Create and present thought leadership across service, brand and marketing initiatives.

Requirements to be met:
- Completed Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing role in ecommerce/Retail or FMCG industry
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Very numeric with a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Proven track record in Marketing is needed
- Excellent ability to apply key marketing techniques across online, social media and offline channels
- Strong Communicator, with a flair for creativity and highly driven
