As part of its strategic goal to become the leading commercial real estate service provider in Africa by 2020, Haussmann is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting to the Company CEO and Board of Directors.
ROLE DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervise all Design, Costing, Procurement, Logistics, Projects & Build departments across the continent 2. Ensure the quality of the output meets International standards 3. Ensure the Company compliance with best practices 4. Create & Manage and lead Haussmann SA office 5. Create & Manage Haussmann “Special Projects Team” based in SA and which could be deployed across the continent

11. Min 15 years in a similar role in the commercial interiors industry
12. Background in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying and / or Project Management 1
3. Min 5 years of senior management experience
14. Strong experience in managing multi-cultural team & deep passion for Africa
15. Willingness to travel extensively across Africa
