EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL: Relevant Civil Engineering Bachelor’s degree augmented by a post-graduate qualification
IDEAL: Postgraduate Qualification in Civil Engineering/Management

EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL: 10 years relevant experience of which 5 to 8 years was in a senior managerial role
IDEAL: 15 years relevant experience of which 5 years were at EXCO level

• Highly Computer Literate – proficient in MS Office
• Organizational leadership at strategic and operational levels
• Working knowledge of relevant contracts and industry standards e.g. FIDIC, JBCC
• Intermediate knowledge of BBB-EE, EE and AA Legislation
• Intermediate knowledge of ISO Standards and Quality Management
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proven track record in use thereof
• Experience in Project Management and Built Environment Infrastructure
