A formal qualification in Business Administration or Engineering

Monitors customer satisfaction and timeous resolution of customer complaints

Ensures effective and efficient representation of the company to facilitate growth of the target market and customer base

Ensures the implementation of a critical variable monitoring system and track variances against targets and take corrective action when required

Risk management, compliance and corporate governance

Manufacturing throughput and asset / Cost management

Ensures critical raw materials are cost effectively and timeously procured and ensures supplier performance
