Job Description
Manage all operations country-wide
Serving as a key member of the team in helping to drive overall strategy
Provide Technical Leadership to the Drilling Team for the existing and all new builds
Developing sales pipeline by engaging with prospective and existing clients and key customer's
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Be responsible to develop the Budgets for the Drilling Operations
Responsible for Preparation of and subsequent management of the Operations and Maintenance Budget annually and quarterly
Prepare and give business reviews to stakeholders
Overseeing Project completion and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Put operations under control in a context of geographic dispersion
Promote product optimisation
Monitoring quarry production levels and output quality
Managing procurement process
Ensure all tasks are completed with high HSE standards
Undertaking regular site inspections and risk assessments
Ensure Operation and Performance policies and procedures are implemented
Provide Technical and Techno-commercial Inputs for all new drilling business activities that the Company intends to expand into
Pro-actively monitor and evaluate client concerns for effective resolution
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Liaising with staff on site and dealing with any technical or staffing challenges that arise
Required to utilise outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Minimum Requirements
10 - 15 yrs plus post graduate experience where major and current role should be in managing the Drilling Operations
Relevant Mining Degree
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA would be advantageous
