An exciting opportunity exists for a Chief Safety Officer to be based at a major mining company with operations in Rustenburg. Candidates applying for the position must be in possession of a Blasting ticket, a tertiary qualification in Safety management together with SAMTRAC, COMSOC 1 & 2. At least 5 years experience gained in the Mining Industry in Management of Safety, Health, Environmental and Risk (Construction experience also required), as well as in depth knowledge of Mining legislation.
