Job Description

Maintaining various sales strategies
Managing growth and market strategies specific to the companies industry
Liable for business development and obtain future revenue up to 3 years and line this up with growth targets
Supplying targets and performance reports across sales departments
Manage and assist Sales Teams to create market approaches and structures within teams - this involves putting reward and target systems in place
Work with ICT solutions to improve sales and business development
Will be involved in C-suite engagement within the company as well as in public eye
Conduct Sales negotiations

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / any relevant Degree
5 years’ exp in ICT with regards to sales, software, infrastructure and services
Exp. in managing a team and in an ICT solutions environment
Proficient in MS Office
Sales experience in the social impact and innovation, ICT4D or social enterprise environment is advantageous
Must have a valid driver’s license
