Chartered Accountant for researching and analysing the financial reporting and technical aspects of accounting. The role will include supporting conclusions related to accounting for acquisitions and disposals of investments, employee benefits and share-based payment schemes, financial instruments, revenue recognition and other complex accounting transactions. The incumbent will also be responsible for coordinating Company monthly, semi-annual & annual statutory reporting requirements, input sheets' confirmations and loading Company TB on Hyperion Financial reporting tool.

At least 3 years post-article experience, 2 of which must be in a statutory reporting or technical accounting role. Expertise in IFRS, especially in the application of the new accounting standards, and accounting for cash flows, acquisitions, disposals, and equity accounting
Special Requirements:
- SAP and Hyperion experience
- Knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting
- Experience with accounting in accordance with IFRS.
- Experience researching and documenting accounting treatments for various transactions, including complex accounting concepts.
- Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills/ ability to continually prioritize workload and respond to top priorities with a sense of urgency.
