JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: To manage Business Improvement within the Business Unit to ensure that it is integrated as a key driver of continuous improvement and sustainability.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Facilitate the continuous improvement training and development of stakeholders so as to maximize the benefits of continuous improvement in the Business Unit
• Coach and facilitate project activities and transfer of skills and learning
• Build Talent pool through people development
• Lead and manage Business Improvements Projects
• Analyse project proposals, improvement levers and project financial results
• Provide the Business Unit with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on business improvement
• Provide guidance through business improvement methodology
• Influence and develop managers and employees of business improvement as a vital and valuable business process / tool

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Industrial Engineering Degree

EXPERIENCE:
• 3 Years - Related Industrial Engineering Work Experience
