A Technical Degree or equivalent with education and experience 5-10 years. An advanced degree ideally in a quantitative field is ideal. Master Black belt or Black Belt and an expert in minimum 6 Lean tools OR a Green Belt and an expert in10 Lean tools, Lean Sensei skills in Advance Quality tools and process walk through methodology. You must achieve at least 1 hour training per employee in the year regarding CI topics, I Kaizen event per quarter, Experienced in Best practises, CI Alignment with MOS metrics, Scrap reduction, waste walks and 5 S essential, Support Continuous Improvement by facilitating Lean concept applications. Main purpose is to reinforce the continuous culture, coordinate and implement CI tools in the plant, achieve substantial savings, support kaizen, deploy 5S, competent to write reports, weekly and quarterly reviews and articles.
