Your function is to re-inforce the CI culture, coordinate and implement CI tools in the plant, conduct White belt training of the salaried employees within a year. Must be Industrial Engineer and be an expert in 6 sigma / related projects, lean tools OR an expert in 10 Lean Tools with a Green Belt. The ideal candidate must be very familiar with 5S, Value Stream Planning and 7 wastes. Must have been in continuous improvement. Very skilled in Advance Quality tools and process walk through methodology. 5-10 years experience, ideally in a Qualitative field.
