My client, a leading ICT company with a national footprint, seeks to employ individual contributors to provide essential support to both internal and external customers by meeting deliverables and client expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide network technical support for complex network related incidents, changes and projects
• Needs analysis, analyze technical networking issues and present recommendations
• Plan, design, install, and maintain wireless, local and wide area networks (software and hardware)
• Installation and maintenance on system software and hardware

Education and Skills Required

• 5+ years of hands on network design/support with Cisco products
• ICT Tertiary qualification
• CCNP certification (valid and current) – Essential
• F5 Certification advantageous
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN/Wireless networks
• Advanced knowledge of platform operation systems (router platforms, LAN, WAN,
• and router protocols)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
