Requirements:
- Matric with at least 5 years experience in the planning, development and onverseeing of such an farm
- An tertiary agriculture qualification will be to your advantage
- Effective planning and organizing skills with problem solving capabilities
- Strong leadership skills and must be able to work confidently in a group
- Computer literate

Duties will include:
- Responsible for the full management of the citrus unit in close collaboration with management
- Development and growth of a citrus unit
- Managing of labour, production, quality, accreditation and management systems
- Efficiently set and control production budgets
- Managing and motivating a team of workers
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the General Manager
