CIVIL ENGINEER

Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have a BSc. in Engineering.
2. 4 yrs Previous Bridge Design Experience or building design
3. Professional Registration would be an advantage
4. 4-6 Years Experience as a Civil Engineer
5. Driver License and own vehicle
6. Salary R25 000 CTC neg.

Job Specifications
6.1 Is able to blend theoretical knowledge with technical, workplace skills acquired during coaching/mentoring sessions by senior engineers.
6.2 Is able to discuss technical theory applicable to a project and use technical knowledge to discuss technical challenges and offer meaningful insights.
6.3 Able to perform delegated engineering tasks under incrementally less supervision from the engineer responsible for the project.
6.4 Carries out all his/her tasks and duties in a thoroughly professional and efficient manner.
6.5 Contributes to industry well-being through regular attendance at industry functions and institutions meetings.
6.6 Is self-motivated and effectively manages own time.
6.7 Submits all timesheets, leave applications, mileage claims etc, accurately and timeously.
