A vacancy for a Civil Engineer (Roads) currently exists with a well established consulting firm in Durban.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the design office within the Roads Division. Minimum requirements include a BEng/BSc or BTech degree in Civil Engineering; professional registration with ECSA, as well as a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in transportation infrastructure, specifically in the fields of planning, geometric design, contract administration and supervision of roads contracts. Experience in pavement design is also required as well as a proven track record in management of a design office. Candidates must be able to work independently and be able to interact with relevant stakeholders at management level.
