PERMANENT QATAR roles for A CIVIL ENGINEER with water/waste water distribution networks, operation and maintenance of treated sewage effluent, hydraulics, pressure valves, etc. paying **TAX FREE** salary of R40K (equivalent) PLUS generous benefits including relocation/furniture, flights, accommodation, medical, car, telephone and mobile allowances.
Degree in Engineering (B.Sc., B.Eng., C.Eng.) plus 6 years' related experience ESSENTIAL (water/waste water distribution networks, operation and maintenance of treated sewage effluent, hydraulics, pressure valves, etc.).
Knowledge of operation and maintenance of treated sewage effluent, hydraulics, pressure valves, etc.
MINIMUM of 6 years' of water/waste water distribution networks including 3 years' working in a similar role, supervising a team and managing contractors to required performance standards.
This role is permanent and requires a candidate who is medically fit to relocate to Qatar with/without family. The role is with a municipal body in preparation for the 2021 Soccer World Cup and will last that long at least (rollover contract).
ALL male South African candidates and candidates from other African countries with SA permanent residence are welcome (female candidates will not be considered as Qatar government does not grant Visas to females).
Families are welcome - legal wives and own biological/legally adopted children under the age of 18 will receive benefits (older children will have to be paid for yourself).
