Civil Field Engineer for a well known O&G/Petrochemical company.

Education & Skills:
o Completed Bachelors / National Diploma / B Tech in Civil Engineering
o Minimum of 5-7 years in the construction environment (site specific experience)
o Must have previous working experience on a petrochemical project

Competencies:
o Track record of managing teams
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to execute client instructions

Responsibilities:
o Supervision of site estimating, scheduling, cost engineering, sub-contracts administration and reporting for civil works on site
o Provide current and accurate reports on civil activities / progress and cost
o Maintain a detailed cost control system to ensure that actual costs VS budgeted costs are monitored
o Oversee manpower requirements
o Review and approve sub-contractor progress
o Maintain standards of HSSE and Compliance requirements
