Civil Technician and Office Assistant - Rustenburg

Our client is urgently looking for a Civil Technician and Admin Assistant to perform a wide range of administrative and technical support duties.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct site visits
• Conduct technical assessments and to report accordingly
• Compiling technical reports
• Collecting and delivering of tender documents
• Assist with tender compiling and the tendering process
• Attend tender briefing meetings
• Source quotations
• Dealing with correspondence and queries
• Keep up to date documentation on the electronic filing system
• Assisting with updating and marketing materials
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ admin experience
• Experience in water and sanitation
• Microsoft Packages
• Drivers licence (non negotiable)
• Willing to travel
• Tenders knowledge
