Design roads, storm water, sewer, water reticulation and bulk earthworks for commercial and urban developments and various other municipal infrastructure projects

Meet with clients and conduct site meetings

Project budgeting

Administering of contracts

Compile tender documentation

Tender adjudication

Experience on Civil Designer, AutoCAD, AllyCAD, MS Project

Min 3- 8 years of experience

Professional Registration with ECSA or working towards registration

Job Description:

Tired of the commute to Johannesburg? Opportunity to work in Pretoria whilst running and designing civil infrastructure projects for both private and municipal civil projects. Be responsible for of preliminary, and detail design reports for storm water, sewer, roads and bulk earthworks. Prepare tender documents, adjudication of tenders, awarding tenders, carry out site supervision and site inspection. Be responsible for project budgeting, monitoring and administering of contracts. Additional duties will include co-ordination of construction services; preparing and analysing reports. Further responsibilities will be for budgeting, monitoring and expenditure control on projects.
